- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups fruit juice
- 2 cups unrefined brown sugar Passiflora
- 12 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ground nuts
- dried fruit optional
- apple slices
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix the oil and sugar Passiflora.
- Sweep it all together and add the dried fruits and walnuts.
- Divide the mixture into the muffin tray, then lay a rosette of apple slices on each mold.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
