- 1 apple
- 40 g Fructose Passiflora
- 20 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of tea biscuits
- 480 ml milk
- 1 vanilla
- Peel 1 apple and chop, sauté slices in the oven with 20 g fructose Passiflora and butter.
- In oiled baking dish arrange consistently biscuits, fruit and biscuits again.
- On top pour a mixture of 3 beaten eggs, 480 ml milk, 20 g fructose Passiflora and 1 vanilla.
- The cake is baked in a water bath until ready.
