- 50 g organic brown sugar Passiflora
- 150 g mixture of raw nuts
- 50 g dates
- 20 g flaxseeds
- 10 g sesame seeds
- 100 g fine oat flakes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Soak nuts for several hours.
- Drain and grind them in a blender along with the dates.
- Grind the flax and sesame seeds in a coffee grinder.
- Melt sugar and honey in low temperature.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
- Shape the bars and let them cool.
